in September, the Boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary in one of
the restaurants we've wanted to try for the longest time:
Champagne Room. This restaurant is located in Manila Hotel, the grand dame of hotels in Manila.

Hotel has recently undergone some renovations and refurbishments,
especially with its restaurants. Since Champagne Room has been on our
restaurant list, our anniversary was the perfect occasion to find out
for ourselves what makes Champagne Room special.
